The iMfolozi Game Reserve is the oldest game reserve in Africa, and is under serious financial constraints due to the COVID pandemic. In an effort to raise funds for much needed conservation work, the Impi Foundation Trust (IT 1357/2013) has partnered with EKZNW to stage the STIHL iMfolozi Outrun, a trail run experience inside the reserve. Your donation towards the Trust will be held independent of EKZNW and will be used solely on projects within the reserve and its surrounding communities. In 2019, the event contributed to the establishment of the iMfolozi K-9 unit, a quick response Rhino incident centre, and a community conservation officers salary to work with surrounding communities.
