Choose from the full CHERY iMfolozi Outrun RHINO (20km & 11km) or the shorter CHERY iMfolozi Outrun Warthog (11km & 11km) event options. For the Warthog entrants, Day 1 will start just before the halfway mark of the RHINO event participants.

Day 1
Rhino Route: 19.6km, 323m of Elevation Gain
Warthog Route: 11.2km, 192m of Elevation Gain
Hop on a bus and be transported to the day 1 start, located in the middle of the Reserve just off the Hlabisa tarred road. A wonderfully scenic day taking you along some rhino and elephant tracks along the spur line of the southern Hluhluwe grasslands. A steep descent into a well-covered Acacia valley will increase your chances of seeing White Rhino and Elephant. Make your way south and cross into the Masinda section of iMfolozi as you head through open wetlands towards the finish line.
Species to look out for: Elephant, White Rhino, Giraffe, Buffalo, Kudu, Impala, Nyala & Warthog.
Day 2

Day 2 is a shorter but beautiful day that takes in the Masinda section around the Eastern border of the iMfolozi Game Reserve. Well known for its Elephant Bulls and a large male Leopard, this area is a beautiful section where White Rhino are often spotted.
